Zonefolio acts as an intermediary between users and vendors, and is not a party to any direct transaction between them unless explicitly stated.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features (such as listing or booking), you must register for a User or Vendor account.

User Accounts

Users can browse listings, make bookings, and interact with vendors.

Vendor Accounts

Vendors can post, edit, and manage their listings, receive bookings, and process transactions through the platform.

By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account.

  • Notify Zonefolio immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

Zonefolio reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or involves suspicious activity.

4. Services and Transactions

Zonefolio provides digital tools to facilitate listings, bookings, and transactions between users and vendors.

  • Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, pricing, and availability of their listings.

  • Users are responsible for reviewing listing details before making any booking or purchase.

  • Zonefolio is not responsible for any disputes, cancellations, or losses arising from transactions between users and vendors.

  • All payments and refunds (if applicable) are subject to the terms of the payment gateway and the vendor’s individual policies.

Zonefolio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without notice.

5. User Responsibilities

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

  • Upload, post, or share any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or infringes upon the rights of others.

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its data.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors agree to:

  • Accurately describe all listings and services.

  • Fulfill bookings and transactions made through the Platform in good faith.

  • Comply with applicable Canadian business, tax, and consumer protection laws.

  • Not engage in false advertising, misrepresentation, or unfair practices.

Zonefolio reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or legal standards.

7. Fees and Payments

Zonefolio may charge vendors commission fees, subscription fees, or service fees for using premium features.

All fees are stated in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.

Payments are processed through trusted third-party gateways, and Zonefolio does not store sensitive payment information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Zonefolio — including logos, text, graphics, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Zonefolio and protected by Canadian intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written consent.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such websites.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of data, profits, or reputation.

  • Disputes or damages resulting from user-vendor interactions or third-party links.

Zonefolio’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you (if any) in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zonefolio, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform.
